Frolo: How to stay strong during the pandemic

I was asked by Frolo - the single parents app to give their community tips on how to harness your inner strength during the pandemic. The tips were written for parents who are flying solo in mind, but are pretty universal and include advice on how to find your signature strengths during these challenging times as well as guidance on a calm breathing technique called 4-7-8 breathing.
